An original captain’s house located in Firostefani, near the Capital of Santorini ( Fira ), overlooking the famous Volcano and the Aegean Sea. The 2 floor house comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 en suite bathrooms with showers, 1 built sofa bed with spacious living and dining areas, 1 fully equipped kitchen and a kitchenette at the upper floor, with an enormous private balcony in each floor. The house is ideally situated approximately 6 km from Santorini’s international airport and 8 from Athinios port and offers an enchanting hideaway between Fira & Firostefani.
Accommodation
Astraea House is an authentic captain’s house built in two levels with a large courtyard and private terraces in each floor with magnificent view.
The ground floor consists of two bedrooms and an open plan living & sitting area.
The sitting area has sofas and a fully equipped kitchen, which offers you moments of relaxation and entertainment.
Each bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. One bedroom is located at the ground floor and one bedroom at the mezzanine floor. At the entrance of the main bedroom , there is also a built sofa bed for another person.
The first floor consists of 2 more bedrooms, one bedroom has double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds( built beds ) and its own bathroom with shower. The sitting area has a sofa and a kitchenette with independent entrance.
The large private terrace has an outdoor Jacuzzi (not heated) and comfortable sun loungers are offering the capability of enjoying the panoramic views of the Caldera, the Volcano and the Aegean Sea.

Above rates are quoted in Euro for 8 persons respectively per House per night and includes:

Welcome basket of water, and local wine.
Daily maid service.
Accommodation cost for 8 to 9 persons.
Bank Transfer or Credit Card Deposit is required to guarantee the booking.
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Astraea House charges 30% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation by bank transfer or credit card.
Any cancellation less than one month prior to arrival results in 50% payment of the entire booking.
Any cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, non-show and early departure results in 100% payment of the entire booking.
